Agent Aquarium is an online software solution that enables consumers to search for real estate agents by area and other criteria, such as number of transactions in a specific property type. The site returns a list of active agents whose Multiple Listing Service transaction records meet the input criteria. Consumers can then compare the objective performance histories of agents’ representing clients under similar circumstances, with like criteria and market conditions. The consumer can then choose to contact the candidates most likely to meet their needs effectively.
The site also allows consumers to request a review of the transaction history of real estate agents previously known to them, post profiles with their specific needs and receive and review proposals from agents wishing to compete for the client’s business. The site offers tools and content to assist consumers in planning for a move or relocation.
