Our mission is to fix healthcare. We help our clients tame the wild data in their clinical and operational systems. Our clients then use the insights we provide to improve efficiency and increase the quality of care.

We have developed a data warehousing and business intelligence platform that we use to show our clients what their data already knows about their healthcare organizations. We have also built a program management tool that we use to streamline quality improvement programs that we help our clients drive. Lastly, we have a dedicated team of ops ninjas who provide managed infrastructure, information security, and support services to our largest clients.

Arcadia has 200 employees and is looking to add innovative, collaborative, and talented engineers to join us on the frontlines of the healthcare industry's transformation.
