Farhad Mohit, who sold Shopzilla in 2005 for $569m, brought together an all-star team from Google and StumbleUpon, as Cheerful, inc., in order to create socially powerful apps like Cheers.

-- You can work from / near your home and don't have to waste time, energy and money to get to one central workplace everyday, only to IM / phone your colleagues down the hall :)

-- We don't have a serious office expense, so we can provide each employee with a stipend to help offset their rent / mortgage expenses.

-- We will be getting an office shortly on the west side, so if you live near there we'll be delighted to have you in the office working with the cheerful crew :)
