Circle 7 Software, Inc. is a Houston, Texas-based startup company dedicated to developing a suite of software applications for the criminal justice and other vertical markets. Our software model is a Software-As-A-Service hosted model using a monthly subscription mechanism wherever possible.
Our Products
ProbationComm is an Internet reporting tool that eases the workload of both the criminal justice department and the offender. It replaces paper reports and handwritten checks and phone calls with website submission forms, e-payment services, instant messaging and email.

Local Kidz Stuff
LocalKidzStuff.com is a hyper-local website that helps parents discover businesses, places, attractions, parks, and events for their kids. The site is using an affiliate/franchise model that makes it very easy to start up new Local Kidz Stuff websites in communities nationwide.

Colin Mason, President/CEO
He founded Level 7 Solutions, LLC in 2001 to specialize in web sites and web application development for small businesses. Colin’s success comes from a great deal of knowledge about the technology, the skill to present the technology in layman’s terms, his networking and people skills and his ability to form strategic, symbiotic partnerships with businesses in related markets. Colin is a proven leader with experience in leading software development teams.
LJ Skibbe, Public Relations
Before co-founding Circle 7 Software in 2005, LJ spent 18 years with Compaq Computer Corporation as a Senior Systems Engineer, Manager of the Multimedia Lab, Public Relations Manager, and finally in the Digital Entertainment Division. LJ also spent 3 years building her own multimedia development company and is a published author. Her contacts and knowledge of how to market in a technology industry bring enormous value to the management team.
