The FossaTec Business Systems Mission
FossaTec recognizes the need for businesses to focus on their core business, and minimize the costs of operations. While each company has unique needs, there is a common nature to managing the infrastructure. Our mission is to leverage new products/technologies in new/innovative ways to help reduce inefficiencies and increase productivity in our client's organizations. We are focused primarily on larger organizations and government agencies, but will occasionally build custom web sites and SaaS solutions for smaller organizations.
FossaTec is building a modular suite of software tools to manage the operational infrastructure of any company, institution or government body. The software will provide an enterprise operational infrastructure management solution, which can (optionally) include networking, telecommunications, RCP
(request/change/problem) management, and more. We will work with companies to understand their unique business processes and needs, and deliver a customized system - assembled from pre-built modular components.
Once the system is delivered, the customer can also opt to utilize our professional services to further customize the software and/or load the system from disparate data sources. Finally, training and technical support (24x7 or 9-5)
will be offered through an annually renewable maintenance agreement.
Our team is small, but hopefully expanding in the coming weeks/months. We are trying to find a select group of the brightest/most talented, highly motivated people to build long-term partnerships.
Life at FossaTec Business Systems
We are trying to build a very casual working environment, while maintaining a level of professionalism. The dress code is business CASUAL (including blue jeans), but nothing offensive or excessively lax. We are trying to find new facilities, which will include space for a rec room. At the same time, though, we are in business to make money. So, while we try to keep things light hearted, the emphasis has to be on productivity.
