Over the past two decades the technology enabling the creation of online products has become cheaper and more effective, democratizing entrepreneurship. At the same time, design plays an increasingly important role in the creation of intuitive and differentiated user experiences. New York is becoming a nexus for the cross-pollination of ideas and for utilizing technology and design to disrupt industry and culture.

Despite this shift, starting a successful business is still extraordinarily difficult, suffering from a steep learning curve. Thus, we are crafting a community to provide the necessary support, infrastructure, and educational framework for aspiring entrepreneurs to start new ventures.
