Navroop Mitter

Navroop Mitter is Gryphn’s CEO. Prior to co-founding Gryphn in 2011, Navroop worked at Accenture, expanding the influence of the Scandinavian Security Practice and launching the Argentine Security Operations Center. He has also worked at start-ups in Boston and Southern California. In his free time Navroop enjoys traveling, riding cruisers,kayaking, cooking, and attending Jazz in the Garden on hot Friday nights in DC.

Bobby Saini
Chief Marketing Officer

Before Bobby co-founded Gryphn, he held a leadership role at South Asian music label Three Records where he directed communications throughout North America, the UK, and Asia. Prior to Three Records, Bobby started his own government-consulting firm while attending George Mason University. When Bobby isn’t working hard for Gryphn, he reads, takes photos, or is succumbing to the pressure to learn how to ride a motorcycle like his colleagues.

There's no dress code, we like to have fun and are known for our parties. We sublease space to a couple other startups and we all get along famously.

Work starts between 9-9:30, ends when you get your work done. There's a 50 hr/wk expected minimum.
