We have created a unique web marketplace built around a core time-based transaction platform for anything that can be bought or sold “by the hour”. The product synthesizes many of the best components and conventions of Web 2.0 – technical, stylistic, social and community – into a useful, simple, functional and fun tool with a defined immediate revenue model that does not depend for a single cent on advertising. We are preparing for a closed beta of the product in the next two to three weeks, taking it live shortly thereafter.

The four founders are all senior level professionals with backgrounds in technology and financial services collectively having worked for Charles Schwab, IBM, AMD, EA, Bear Stearns, Sun Microsystems and Instinet and all hold MBA’s from the University of Texas at Austin. In addition to the founders, the team includes three skilled software developers/ designers.

This is an environment where leadership qualities and the ability to work at a high level of intensity are crucial – we are driving against the clock and seek to add high bandwidth people to the team who can make an immediate and significant contribution, are committed, and can tilt the needle. If you are experienced, and have a high level of energy, intensity, creativity, speed and ability to write code with little guidance, then this may be the project for you. We demand excellence of ourselves and expect the same of anyone we add to the team.
