JumpOffCampus is an online resource for college students to find off-campus housing, but it also offers value to the other important demographics involved: landlords and universities. Students are often first-time apartment hunters, and we form partnerships with universities to be their first online apartment finder. We want to help every student in the US make the transition to off campus living!

Our product is extremely robust, with features for all three parts of the colege off-campus housing ecosystem. Students can search for apartments on an interactive map, contact landlords directly, find potential roommates, and post sublets. Landlords use our property management tool to add properties permanently to the site and maintain availabilities. University administrators can oversee the process online, and also have the potential to earn money through our partnership!

Mark Abramowicz is a recent graduate from Tufts University, with a degree in Quantitative Economics and Entrepreneurial Leadership. Mark deals primarily with Finance and Operations.

Kyle Nichols-Schmolze graduated from Tufts as well, and has a degree in Computer Science from the Engineering School. Kyle deals primarily with web development.

We work in a fast-paced environment in an awesome office space provided by Mass Challenge ($1 Million Business Plan Competition). Our product is live and fully functional and we are now aggressively selling to Universities nationwide. But we also take lunch breaks by playing ping pong or pool every afternoon. Work hard, play harder!
