ManageUp is an open source culture graph of talent and companies. We champion transparency and sync talent to create happier workplaces.

ManageUp lets users discover their work-style, archetype their workplaces and find their fit scores with their manager and company. Think of it as a cross between and OKCUPID for jobs and a Yelp for managers. With cultural profiles of companies from insider reviews, ManageUp matches talent with jobs using our bleeding-edge, proprietary psychometric algorithm.

We are a San Francisco-based, funded, consumer-focused startup that recently got selected to attend Techstars in Q1 2013.

We have built the core components of our exciting consumer product and are looking for a back-end Ruby on Rails developer who can join the team and help scale the product. We are a very design and UX focused team of 6 -- a top notch designer, CTO, back-end engineer, industrial psychologist and statistician. We also have 3 industry leaders as advisors and obviously, Techstars vested in our success.
