Unlike comment cards, web or email surveys, OPINIATOR’S integrated analysis and alerts enable the business to take immediate action to prevent customer defection. This means increased revenue, reduced cost and prevention of complaints in social media. Our clients include Rentokil, Francis Healthcare and the Department of Transportation (FL and MN).
