Products: TriBaton 1.x is an email and SMS platform. Using it, a pilot program by the Flint Center for the Per-forming Arts (Cupertino, CA) was 5 times more effective than their best email campaign in generating ticket sales. A third pilot is in development for an online games firm using the Facebook Connect API. SharedGain has validated that the OpenSocial API can be implemented for its forthcom-ing TriBaton 2.x platform, and is developing a widget for beta testing.
