I’m currently setting the groundwork for an innovative service that will offer companies a new way to compensate contractors, or freelancers. While my industry is in the staffing sector, our target market is primarily made up of entrepreneurs and hi-tech freelancers that are high school students, undergrad and graduate students. The solution enables companies to work with contractors using their preferred method of compensation: cash and/or equity. Similar to freelancer job boards, companies must pay to create a project and contractors can bid on the project for free. The transfer of equity is a sophisticated process that is facilitated through my project management features.

I have a strong background in strategic consulting and management. I’ve consulted and implemented projects for companies from Fortune 100 firms to small (successful) startups. I have a myriad of connections to local, national, and international Venture Capital firms, entrepreneurs, CEOs, and many other important individuals. I sold my first start-up company in 2010. I left my lucrative software consulting job to focus on my own business ideas.

You can work from home or at the office. The office is located right off of I-95 in a luxurious, executive center. You're literally 10 minutes from the beach, 3 minutes from the mall, and 1 minute from a ton of restaurants. It is mainly for meetings, but as the team gets bigger, our visits to the office will become more frequent. It is a very cozy room, enough space for 4 people. Gigantic break room is available. You get your own phone and secretarial service, along with access to the office 24/7.
