Our first offering is commercial services and support around OpenVPMS, an open source veterinary practice management software providing electronic health records, customer relationship management, appointment scheduling management and pharmaceutical inventory management to veterinary clinics and hospitals (see more at http://vetanyware.com/products/openvpms).

Veterinarians can get the OpenVPMS in a cloud (managed, hosted model that you pay per month per vet) or as a hardware appliance (plug and play self contained unit to be run onsite in a clinic) or preinstalled on a workstation (desktop or laptop). If you're not happy with any of VetAnyware OpenVPMS' offering, you're more than welcome to download the software code, read the software installation/configuration documentation and run OpenVPMS yourself on your own hardware and software.
