Our Products
VirtuOz is a leading provider of Virtual Agent solutions. A virtual agent (VA) is software built to chat automatically with Internet users. Based on syntactic and semantic analysis, it extracts the meaning of users’ input, compares it to a knowledge base, and provides an appropriate response.
Our clients (eBay, PayPal, American Express, etc.) use their virtual agents for customer support, cross selling, advertising, and more.

Our Team
Our US team is just being built and will be diverse. What we share is a strong drive for customer and user satisfaction, a good understanding of transactional web, and a great motivation to have virtual agents everywhere :)
Our French team is very diverse (40 people - 15 nationalities) with a good mix of experienced software and web professionals and young web enthousiasts and coding gurus.
