Redfin seeks to hire a rock-star AJAX programmer for its downtown San Francisco office, where we are developing the industry's most advanced real estate search application.
The Search team is a small and talented group that believes in iterative development, raising the bar on usability and performance, and just making great software on the Web.

Skills
Mad skills in JavaScript and CSS: we need someone who can make a web page do anything;
The architectural depth to build an MVC framework using JSP: our site has to be built to last;
The ability to learn quickly: knowledge & experience are nice, but brains & passion are essential;
The stubbornness of a perfectionist: it must be beautiful;
The curiosity to innovate: we want to try new things;
