Overview
In this key role, you will be the primary liaison between our sales team, technology team, and our ecommerce merchant partners. You'll be expected to integrate our products into our eCommerce merchant partner sites. Overall, you’ll need to be a technologist, a master salesman, a pretty decent project manager, and a detail oriented tester.
Responsibilities
You’ll also be the advocate for our technologies to the outside world (including the open source communities).
You should have experience in the ecommerce space (especially payment method integration), including all the popular ecommerce platforms.
If you have ecommerce development experience but limited sales experience we’d still love to talk you. If you have great sales/project management skills and minimal development experience but you are at home with technology then we’ll talk to you as well.
If you have experience in both development and sales then you’ll rise to the top of our list.
Skills
Sales - We are always selling. Our partners will need a steady hand throughout the onboarding and integration process. Having an organized plan and being calm and controlled is what we are looking for. Experience with SalesForce would be great.
Development - Coding experience in PHP, HTML/CSS/XML/AJAX will help streamline the integration process. If you have created or integrated APIs into existing systems you’ll have what it takes. Experience with Magento and osCommerce, Zencart, and similar platforms would be a huge plus.
Integration - Your primary responsibility will be to integrate our products/APIs with our partners. You will need to configure their systems and in some cases you will help build customized solutions.
Testing - Once you’ve integrated our products into our partners’ systems you’ll need to be sure how you’ve done it correctly. You must be able to put together a test plan that will give us and our partners the confidence they need to move forward
