Account Executive

Overview
We’re looking for sales executive with a knack for penetrating new accounts and closing new business. This person should be motivated, passionate, and eager to learn. If you’re interested in selling a great product, being part of a nimble and ambitious team, and having the freedom to innovate and make your mark, send us a thoughtful cover letter and your resume. As an outbound account executive you’ll be calling into new accounts, meeting with key decision makers, developing a meaningful use case for our leading cloud-based collaboration software, and closing new business. You’ll need to be creative, energetic and resourceful. A willingness to understand our product in depth is essential for success. This role requires you to be a great listener and a straight shooter. Our customers represent a vast number of industries and there is a huge opportunity for expansion. This is a chance to have a personal impact on a growing company and help us move the needle.
Responsibilities
Manage full sales cycle from initial contact to close within a defined territory
Meet/exceed activity, pipeline, and revenue targets
Lead product demonstrations for potential customers
Accurately forecast opportunities in SFDC, with detailed notes about customer use case, buying process, etc.
Always represent Central Desktop with honesty and integrity
Be fun, positive, and make magic happen
Experience
4-year degree required
Minimum 3 years experience selling cloud based solutions
Proven successful track record of exceeding sales quotas
Ability to navigate a complex sales cycle involving multiple stakeholders
Passionate, determined, well spoken, analytical
Understands how to communicate value
Insists on being a product expert
Enjoys team environment, great team player
Experienced in opportunity creation and the challenges of building a business
Education
4-year degree required
