What is an Advisors & Brokers (“AB”) Account Executive?
The Advisors & Brokers (AB) sales team at Axial is responsible for recruiting new business broker and advisory Members to the Axial Network. AB Account Executives are highly effective communicators, possess strong interpersonal skills, and are able to build long-term relationships with a variety of different Member types.
AB Account Executives are adaptable and quick on their feet, and use their creativity and salesmanship to drive adoption of new features and tools among our Members.
Prospecting and qualifying business brokers and M&A advisors who are not currently Members of Axial
Providing ongoing training and education to Members to drive adoption of our products and tools and building long-lasting relationships that drive both our Members’ and our company’s success
Serving as a liaison between our Members and the product development team, delivering feedback and insights that shape the evolution of our product
Generating high levels of conversations with Members, driving high levels of Member engagement with the product and with each other, and helping Members solve their problems using the suite of tools and solutions we’ve built
Our team is highly metrics driven and values collaboration and transparency
History of setting goals and achieving them, in the classroom, playing field, or in business
Exceptional verbal and writing skills
Prior participation in a winning team environment
Bachelor’s degree or higher
0-2 years of work experience
