Account Executive - Project Management

We are an integrated marketing and technology services agency providing social media solutions and services to major brands, agencies and publishers. We work with agencies in all major agency holding networks and all major global and national CPG brands. In addition to this, we have a solid client base in online retail, entertainment, music, fashion, and beauty verticals. We have been built ground-up to provide turn-key and integrated social media solutions packaged with classic digital and creative agency AOR work. We are a world-class team of technology, advertising, media and marketing gurus - all under one roof. Despite our vision to dominate the world of social media, we are a small, yet fast growing, team of some 30+ awesome people in two cities/countries.


We are looking for an account executive - aspiring to move up the ladder to become a senior project manager, strategist, or account director and earn a big name. You will get an unprecedented opportunity to grow and work on strategic campaigns and projects. You will handle all client projects and account management interactions with major brands and agencies. You will work with and through all cross-functional teams to achieve project goals. You must have a deep interest in web, social, and mobile technologies. Experience of working simultaneously on multiple projects, interacting with clients and overseeing internal cross-functional project teams, is highly desired but not required.

You will report directly to the CEO, so you will also be required to perform classic Executive Assistant (we hate this word and we will never use it once you are aboard) tasks - in the capacity of a company-wide project manager - including but not limited to managing CEO's emails, phone, and schedule. You will be scheduling internal and external conference calls and meetings. You must be comfortable with acting on CEO's behalf in his absence.

- executive assistant tasks (10%)
Writing creative briefs, strategic plans, project plans, etc.
Work with development team to create and refine specific project/product requirements and functionality
Assume program/project leadership on concurrent projects, developing detailed project and work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, status reports, project tracking and analysis.
Maintain accurate and timely dashboards, scorecards, and status documentation.
Project planning, organizing and negotiating the allocation of resources.
Maintain ongoing interface and contact with clients and sales and business development teams to solicit and receive feedback regarding all aspects of work flow such as project dates, special needs, product updates, feasible improvements and issues.
Strong written, oral and technical communication skills
Ability to conduct and direct research into technology issues and products as required
Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language
Proven analytical, evaluative, planning and problem solving abilities
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
Extensive experience or ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
Experience or ability to work with multiple development teams onshore and offshore
- Bachelor’s Degree (B.A./B.S.) from four year college w/ marketing, economics, anthropology, sociology, information systems, computer science, engineering (any) or any other social science major
- Candidates from NYU, Columbia, Rutgers, Princeton, UPenn (in Tri-state area) and all top tier schools will be preferred
- Degree requirement can be waived if you have extensive experience and have proven abilities
- This is an entry-level position ideal for someone with 1 to 2 years of experience, however, given the state of economy, we are open to consider, 1) candidates with advance/graduate degrees, and 2) those with extensive agency experience
