Account Lead

Overview
As Account Lead at rno1 you will focus on managing our current (ever-changing) client base, supporting new Client opportunities (projects + opportunities) that come in to rno1, while nurturing that new business to grow + scale into the future. Consultatively sell branding + marketing + technology solutions from conception to completion, working directly alongside our VP, Client Services and core team. You will have total autonomy to operate with strong support. Monitor current market trends and competitors to maximize opportunities. Going beyond that, you’ll add greater value to our existing team by supporting different departments (Creative + Marketing + Technology teams), utilizing your insane relationship skills to nurture existing accounts and future accounts, while paving the way for your own personal growth and development.

Responsibilities
Manage existing accounts (Account/Project Management)
Collaborate with Creative + Technology Teams on various projects
Support VP, Client Services, Accounts team + Business Development
Meet + exceed revenue targets for current + new client opportunities
Scope + Grow new client opportunities (small – mid level accounts)
Create a niche market to pursue for new client opportunities
Support Relevant Partnerships
Grow Innovation think-tank (rno1 labs)
Communicate with outside media
Attend new media, new technology, or innovative industry conference(s)

Experience
5+ years of Account/Project Management Experience Required (Agency Side Preferred OR Working Alongside Agencies Previosuly)
Consultative Sales Experience Required
Innovative Thinker + Strategist
People Person + Collaborator

Compensation
*Compensation: Contractor: Hourly Rate + Profit Sharing Opportunity (Hourly Rate based on Experience Level - $TBD. Starting Hours: 5-20 hrs. per week (part-time) - to transition to full-time salary/profit sharing, based on growth + performance*, after 90-120 day probationary period).
