CipherHealth is seeking an accomplished and effective Account Lead to keep our hospital pipeline strong and vibrant. You will work closely with our clients and act as their primary point of contact. Similar to running a mini company, our Account Managers have complete autonomy to integrate and manage CipherHealth products in our hospital clients and must be able to manage our cloud-based care coordination software to address client needs, questions, and concerns. As a direct contact between customers and CipherHealth, you'll play an essential role in shaping product strategy and product development, working directly with Cipher's founding team.

Not required although 2+ years in a customer facing role is a plus
Some consulting experience a plus but not necessary
