Overview
We are a stealth start-up just beginning to set forth with providing strategic staffing / contractor and project needs for our existing clients. While we are a small company, we have a large impact on our clients' businesses. We believe that one of our greatest assets is our unique ability to do things that no other company can do.

We support our clients by providing a variety of Technical, Analytical, Project and IT Strategy services delivered via Managed Solutions/Deliverable-based SOW, Technical Consulting/Staff Augmentation or Direct Hire/Search services. These services are delivered across 6 primary areas: Application Development, Architecture, BI and Enterprise Reporting, ERP, Business Analytics (SAS), Globalization and Enterprise Content Management and Infrastructure and Data Solutions.
Responsibilities
We are presently seeking a tenured senior Account Manager to join our Palo Alto based-team. Reporting directly to the CEO, Account Managers are responsible for developing, opening and managing client-accounts selling all of our service offerings. We are a diverse team of high-committed players who are committed to both personal and team success.
Experience
We offer a competitive compensation package consisting of base salary and an aggressive commission structure that rewards and retains high performers. Qualified candidates possess:
10+ years of overall professional experience – including but not limited to technology or analyst-roles, project management, recruiting, general sales
5+ years of experience of sales experience within the IT Services including staff augmentation, project-based SOW’s and Direct Hire-Search space.
4-year college degree required with an advanced degree preferred
Documented track record of exceeding business objectives – opening and managing client-accounts.
Advanced business maturity, interpersonal skills and closing expertise.
Solid prospecting and account development abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
High level of ambition and goal-orientation.
Ability to thrive in a high energy, metrics-driven environment.
Compensation
Competitive base salary plus commission
