Account Manager

Overview
We’re approaching viral growth and are looking for someone who’s passionate about building things that impact the lives of millions. In 2010, SkyGrid was featured on the homepage of iTunes for the launch of iPad, featured on the homepage of Google Android, and ranks third in the world for the amount of time people spend using SkyGrid. Recently, SkyGrid’s grown even faster with the launch of the new social product SkyGrid Groups, that connects people with some of the largest entertainers, humanitarian causes, and public figures in the world.

The ideal team member will have expertise in managing online and mobile advertising campaigns, from building media plans and executing successful campaign launches to post campaign services. Equally important in this role is the know-how for identifying, proposing, and closing up-sell opportunities, while operating in lock step with our Sales Team. This person will be a team player and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment that strives for excellence.
Responsibilities
Develop ad media plans, manage and optimize campaigns, and create post summaries
Drive new incremental and/or renewal business from campaigns
Collaborate with internal stakeholders including Sales, Ad Operations, Finance and Product Management to assure execution and optimization of commitments and unlock new opportunities
Engage in the sales process including the RFP process, inventory planning, campaign adjustments and post-campaign analysis.
Experience
Proven record that includes 3+ years in interactive display and/or mobile ad sales program management.
Demonstrated ability to think and act strategically while managing the execution of the sales process.
Ability to compile and analyze performance data and metrics.
Strong passion and understanding of social content, online advertising, interactive marketing trends and brand building.
Skills
Strong strategic and tactical skills, as well as technical skills to understand the online advertising marketplace.
Strong organizational skills, entrepreneurial approach, and proactive business style
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Education
• BA/BS degree, preferably from a leading institution. Advanced degree a plus.
