Account Manager

at Axomic in New York, NY   —   Jul 14, 2014   |  
You are a personable and organized, tech savvy Account Manager. You want to do these things with Axomic:
* Ensure the client's project implementation is a success
* Manage the scoping and delivery of services (data migrations, templates, training)
* Serve as front line liaison. Your customers pick up the phone and call you - you provide basic support - and pass on complex technical and product issues to the support team.
* Identify sales opportunities with existing clients
* Assist clients with integration projects 
* Organize training services
* Secure client renewal in subsequent years of project
Minimum 3 years account management or consulting experience
You are passionate - we can tell you like what you do!
You have initiative - you can identify your own priorities and manage yourself to get them done.
You are personable and easy to like.
Experience working with clients in IT / Software industry
Tech savvy - your co-workers come to you to help them print, not vice versa.
You have the ability and willingness to up-sell services.
Excellent communication skills
