Overview

The Account Manager will be the anchor to the account, ensuring that any and all deliverables and tasks are properly completed. He/she will look to make their client a hero, will be their eyes and ears in the digital space, and is an advocate and an entrepreneur in finding and driving revenue for our clients.

Responsibilities
Ensure all work sent to the client is accurate and of the highest quality
Keep existing accounts profitable and growing, always looking for opportunities
Manage the expectations of both the client and the internal teams with responsive, high-touch, consistent client/agency communication
Introduce and evangelize the entire mix of our agency services
Partner with business development, research and creative on new business initiatives
Responsibilities:
Manage client communication, assignments, production estimates and pricing, approval process and campaign reporting
Plan regular account meetings, prepare presentations, and write proposals and strategy engagements. Work with the executive team to create an overall Marketing/Strategy plan for each client.
Provide regular status reports to client and agency team members
Maintain and share information in centralized internal database
Owner/Author of key client documentation: Proposals/SOWs/MSAs, client scope, internal project brief, account meeting agendas/notes, change orders, etc.
Stay informed on all activities that are being performed on client accounts and be the final sign off on all documentation/deliverables before they go to a client (this includes but is not limited to: project plan, sitemap, wireframes, comps, dev deliverables, etc.)
Monitor results and make adjustments as necessary to meet the goals of the agreed upon plan
Where applicable, work closely with Sales in helping to close new business – including attending client presentations, documenting client scope, and writing proposals. Help ensure projects are sold properly from the beginning of the sales process.
Experience
4+ years agency experience profitably managing diverse clients and multiple concurrent online marketing projects (campaign development, PPC, media planning, email marketing, social media, SEO, and affiliate marketing)
Demonstrated ability to grow client relationships profitably providing business insights, ideas, opportunities and superior client service
Skills
Strong interpersonal, organizational, verbal, and communication skills
Strong presentation skills with technical and creative proficiency
Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills
Pro-active attitude and ability to deliver insights and analysis from research, the industry and campaign results analysis
Must be able to react and adjust to change quickly; ability to work at a faster-than-average pace, learn quickly, thoroughly, and in detail
Actively participate in marketing groups/organizations with a deep understanding of the direction the interactive environment is going
Comfortable working in a casual, open office environment
Command of Microsoft Office Suite and Google Analytics
