Drive the merchant onboarding process
Develop tools and systems to increase merchant happiness
Communicate regularly with merchants to establish and build rapport
Acquire, distill and convey merchant feedback to relevant business units
Create scalable processes for account management
Resolve day-to-day merchant inquiries and issues
Track record of determination
