Account Managers are the people whom our clients trust and look to for guidance. Our clients are typically marketing teams at restaurant companies, and often are looking for a person on our side to help them think through ideas or come up with ways to solve problems by using our smartphone apps as a tool.

This is a position where someone can grow tremendously and, after demonstrating the right skills for the job, can ultimately lead the charge in our Account Management needs. We are looking for someone to contribute meaningfully to what our company’s Account Management style will look like for years to come. We want someone who is excited to show their stuff, and ready to be rewarded with greater opportunities.
Responsibilities
Build and maintain client relationships using a multitude of communication methods to ensure long term, successful partnerships.
Be knowledgeable about our product and think about ways that our customers can have a better experience with us by better-using our product.
Conduct daily analysis of client data to help clients meet success metrics.
Troubleshoot and resolve in-house and client issues using analysis and creative problems-solving skills.
Maintain and develop relationships with in-house sales team in order to ensure growth, development, and communication with clients.
Experience
1-3 years of prior Account Management experience
Skills
Seeking the camaraderie and fulfillment of a startup culture
Creative problem-solving
Demonstrates strong initiative and self-motivation
Ability to communicate effectively over the phone and through email
Intermediate level Excel/Word skills
Ability to quickly develop rapport with clients and co-workers
Strong analysis skills
Self starter; ability to work independently and achieve results
Exceptional attention to detail
People who like technology geekery are preferred!
Confident enough to ask questions
Compensation
~$40k, negotiable
