Account Manager - San Francisco

Overview
We are seeking an account manager in our sales organization with a proven track record that will help manage and build the business at Flurry. This is an amazing opportunity to be at the center of the exploding app-driven economy. If you get this job you will help manage relationships with agencies, brands and developers using Flurry’s advertising solutions in the exploding mobile application space. The successful candidate will have proven experience with on-line advertising as well as a deep understanding of digital marketing which can be effectively translated into developing media goals, objectives, and strategies.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain an intimate knowledge of Flurry’s services and be able to position them effectively to advertisers
Effectively manage and optimize client’s campaigns to achieve advertising objectives
Ensure media deliverables are met and align with Client goals/objectives
Serve as day-to-day Client contact and ensure quality control of all deliverables to Clients
Prepare and deliver post campaign reporting and analysis
Develop deep understanding of clients’ ROI / CPA goals, marketing strategy and demographics
Identify opportunities for performance improvement and upsell
Proactively monitor budgets, contract compliance and invoicing
Drive resolution of escalated customer issues directly or with support of management

Experience
Requirements:
BS required
3+ years in the online advertising industry
Direct account management experience working with key partners
Deep understanding of online advertising analytics and tracking systems
Demonstrated capacity for managing day-to-day business
Proven ability to independently manage and develop ongoing client relationships, with an emphasis on up-selling additional services
Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and relationship management skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
Skills
This position reports to the Director of Sales and would be based in San Francisco.
