Overview
The Acquisition Marketing Manager (B-2-B) position is responsible for successfully marketing the WordStream value proposition to prospective customers ranging from small and medium sized businesses, enterprise-class companies and interactive agencies. Our Online Customer Acquisition Manager will be responsible for planning and executing innovation inbound and outbound marketing campaigns to generate a steady flow of warm leads for our inside sales team. The Acquisition Marketing Manager will be a critical member of the customer acquisition team and will serve as project manager for a wide range of programs from e-mail, banner, newsletter and other direct response campaigns.
Responsibilities
Develop, implement and manage acquisition strategies for WordStream products.
Plan, execute and measure e-mail campaigns to house/opt-in and purchased prospect list using tools like ConstantContact.
Plan, execute and measure banner/online display advertising campaigns.
Create, coordinate and execute online webinars using GoTo Webinar.
Monitor campaign performance and recommend strategies to address areas for improvement.
Develop and maintain multiple campaign timelines simultaneously.
Develop, manage, implement and measure message testing.
Manage agency relationships.
Monitor and report on budget vs. actual expenses.
Work with website team to ensure proper execution of initiatives.
Collaborate with conversion team to devise and implement landing page tests.
Experience
3-5 years of successful online marketing experience
Experience with internet marketing and tracking
Skills
Knowledge of, or experience in, pay-per-click advertising, Google AdWords and/or Google Analytics is a BIG PLUS.
Detail orientated candidate is a must
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks at once and work to deadlines
Positive attitude, self-motivated, confident and creative
Ability to work well in a collaborative environment
Education
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
