KAMSON FINANCIAL needs a strong leader to develop and drive its acquisitions and development finance and to develop and manage a highly skilled and motivated workforce.
The person will need to have extensive understanding and experience of the finance sector especially as it relates to the structure, interactions and governance of financial markets, investment banking, retail and commercial banking, acquisitions and the insurance sector. The person will be well respected and have extensive established relationships at high levels within the finance industry and beyond and the ability to establish new networks and relationships which support KAMSON FINANCIAL change agenda.
With this finance and acquisition industry knowledge and experience, combined with an interest and passion for economic growth of rural communities in developing and developed countries, this role will be key in stimulating and driving new strategic solutions which are both transformational and will deliver results.
Lead and implement KAMSON FINANCIAL work for transformational change within the financial system.
Acquisitions and integration of companies
Develop, lead and be accountable for KAMSON FINANCIAL’s strategic direction for ‘change’ within the development finance sector.
Build a respected centre of knowledge; which includes research and policy positions
Identify and help secure external funding sources
Ensure that KAMSON FINANCIAL work is strategically coherent, aligned, and supported within the global private sector.
Strive to set and lead the external agenda, while being responsive to external opportunities
Engage and build relationships with influential and powerful external finance audiences in order to raise KAMSON FINANCIAL’s influence
Develop relationships with other appropriate external agencies – including government, industry bodies and NGO audiences
Incorporate the best economics, societal trends and sustainability thinking in to Kamson Financial work
Publish influential thought leading documents - under the banner of Kamson Financial
Ensure that Kamson Financial Solutions International, LLC work is communicated effectively internally and externally
Lead and develop the Kamson Financial Solutions International, LLC workforce
Support team working and individual working where appropriate
Lead finance engagement with other development finance institutions

Extensive experience in the finance sector, preferably within the US, but with global
Extensive experience in developing and implementing acquisition strategies
Demonstrated knowledge of financial markets
Highly respected and well-connected within the US and global financial sector
Ability and experience to negotiate and influence at CEO level
Significant experience in people and project management
An excellent communicator with the ability to explain and present complex subjects in a simple and compelling manner
