Overview
Fort Worth, Texas-based film distribution, financing, acquisition, production and distribution company is looking for several individuals who can work a couple hours a week - these individuals would analyze potential film leads and determine their worthiness as well as seek out potential investors and partners.
Responsibilities
analyze potential leads, determine worthiness
seek out potential investors, partners (distribution channels)
Experience
some degree of experience in the film industry preferred, particularly in financing/distribution/producing
entrepreneurial background preferred
Skills
research skills
excellent communication and writing skills
ability to work well independently, as well as part of a team
time and project management skills
professional demeanor & dependability
must be detail-oriented and have excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
must be a self starter and be able to work in a fast paced and challenging environment
solid written and oral communication skills
must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
dependability and ability to adapt to change are essential
ability to read, write and communicate in English
proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel, PowerPoint
Education

Compensation
unpaid internship (though the position does bring the possibility to transition into a paid part-time/full-time)
