Nanigans is currently seeking a seasoned Account Director to join our fast-growing company. As a trusted business partner, you will be responsible for deep partnership and solution-creation with top direct response advertising clients. You will be an expert in online marketing working closely with clients, campaign management, project management, data scientists, product, and executive teams to build business. The successful candidate will possess top-flight communication skills, business acumen, management ability, analytical sharpness, and the determination to take on and overcome fresh challenges.
Establish Nanigans as a critical marketing partner for large clients
Drive revenue through deep partnership and solution creation with strategic clients
Structure appropriate solutions to client objectives, leveraging client services, and product teams
Understand the roles, responsibilities and goals of decision-makers across larger organizations
Collaborate with Client Services and Campaign Management for the purpose of partner development
Continually renew mastery of the Nanigans platform and Facebook advertising
Demonstrable success in strategic account management or professional services roles
Demonstrable success and proclivity for an entrepreneurial environment
Ability to map an organization, understand its key aspects and roles, and the responsibilities and goals of its decision-makers
Flexibility and dynamism in adjusting to a changing landscape, which requires an appreciation of new ideas and practices.
BA/BS with an excellent academic record and 4-8 years of relevant work experience
Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills
Resolute determination to continually learn about the Nanigans platform and the Facebook advertising ecosystem is a must
Familiarity with online advertising, social media, and the games industry
Understanding of ad optimization platforms or ad technology is a plus
