Overview
The Ad Operations/Campaign Analyst will manage and execute the delivery for online ad campaigns. This person is responsible for set up and trafficking of online advertising campaigns, day to day management of campaigns, and reporting of sales metrics. The role requires comprehensive analytical skills and experience in ad optimization.

Inserting new campaigns & campaign revisions into Adara Media’s ad serving system
Testing, scheduling and trafficking online ad creative (including rich media)
Ensuring ad product performance: calculating and monitoring effective value of individual campaigns to ensure they are optimized advertising clients
Managing inventory allocation across multiple networks
Providing reports to internal teams and clients, using internal and third party sources as needed
Providing ad-related technical support to internal and external customers

Entry level experience with online ad trafficking
Experience building data models in excel
Skills
Skills:
Strong quantitative and analytical abilities (CPM/CPA)
Meticulous attention to detail and organized
Understanding of inventory management principles
General knowledge of third party ad serving solutions (Atlas, DFA, Mediaplex, etc.) as well as rich media technologies (Eyeblaster, Pointroll, EyeWonder, etc.)
Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to provide creative solutions
Ability and drive to work independently and in a team environment
Flexibility and the ability to learn new skills quickly
Solid oral and written communication skills
Education
•Bachelors Degree - preferably in Math or Economics
