Job Description:
The Ad Operations manager role is responsible for implementation and management of assigned advertising campaigns, including creative testing, campaign set up, QA, trafficking, troubleshooting, and maintenance. The role oversees timely implementation and execution of all advertising campaigns across various LR applications, platforms and media types (video, mobile, display). The role requires daily monitoring and reporting of all campaigns, as timely campaign adjustments, optimizations and insights. Role includes closely working with account management, sales and publisher teams, assisting in new business opportunities, best practices, and new product implementation.

Experience
BA/BS or equivalent required
1-3 years working in the online advertising industry with a focus on operations and trafficking
Positive, pro-active attitude and high attention to detail and accuracy, with ability to effectively multitask, prioritize and manage multiple tasks
Must have excellent interpersonal, communication, problem solving and presentation skills
Must have experience managing multiple campaigns simultaneously of significant volume
Must have strong Excel and analytical skills, reviewing, optimizing and driving insights for campaign performance reports
Must have experience with various adservers (such as DoubleClick DART, Atlas, etc.)
Must have experience with at least one demand side platform and/or exchange (such as AppNexus, Simpli.fi, Right Media, Invite Media, etc.)
Desire to be a key individual contributor and strong team player to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced start-up environment
