Fast growing New York based digital marketing agency seeks an Administrative Assistant - that can wear many hats !! We seek a motivated, reliable and experienced person to join us as an admin assistant, to help with the daily operations of the company. You will be a critical part in building this company and will have an ability to seamlessly move between roles.
Maintaining and managing office supplies
Answering telephone calls, schedule appointments, etc
Sorting, sending and drafting correspondence (mail, etc)
Writing expense (T&E) reports and other banking needs
Searching and booking extensive travel and accommodation
Atleast 3 - 5 years of experience
Experienced working in a similar support function
EXTREMELY organized, efficiency and reliable
Great communication / interpersonal skills
*Superior Skills with Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint / Adobe) BIG BONUS !
Bachelors or higher
