Overview
Seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant for a fast-paced
educational technology company.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a small,
team-oriented setting, at your home office, at our home office, and on
the road. Will be driving company car on occasion to run errands and
assist with sessions. Ability to manage confidential data and use
discretion is a must. Background check and good driving record will be
required.

Responsibilities
computer work: scheduling, data entry, generating quotes, spreadsheets, online research
phone calls: scheduling meetings, obtaining information clerical and errands
event coordination
Skills
Must be motivated, detailed oriented, and organized.
Must be generally proficient in various computer skills, both Windows and Mac OS desired.
Critical thinking, multi-tasking
Strong professional communication skills
Speaking English fluently
Writing grammatically,
Typing rapidly.
