As our administrative intern, you’ll get to experience everything that is going on in the space. From filing, to sign in, to organizing, to just chilling – it’s all here. The atmosphere at Alley NYC is very laidback and fun, so our ideal candidate would be the same. As our administrative intern, your daily tasks will include, but not be limited to:
Responsibilities
Filing papers
Keeping the office neat and tidy
Directing guests to the right offices
Signing people in at front desk
Setting up and prepping for events
Attending cool events hosted at the Alley NYC
Miscellaneous administrative tasks
Laughing (let’s be real, it’s a co-working space, a lot of fun stuff goes down)
