Boys & Girls Clubs seeks a qualified candidate whose primary
responsibility will be to provide general administrative office
support to the President/CEO and the Resource Development Dept.
The ideal candidate must be a self-starter with the ability to
coordinate a variety of duties to include designing general
correspondences, memos; updating and maintaining donor database,
correspondence and development of statistical data; supports the
activities of the Board and its committees to include assisting with
scheduling, meeting notification, packet preparation and distribution,
coordination, compile minutes and other tasks as assigned.
Requires a relevant Bachelors degree; a minimum THREE years of related
experience. Must have the ability to multi-task; be detail oriented
and able to complete tasks on time, as well as deliver exemplary
internal and external customer service to donors, board of directors,
community partners, etc. a must. Must possess strong organizational,
time management and planning skills; have excellent communication
skills (oral/written) with strong data entry skills and MS Office
skills to include Excel, Word and PowerPoint and experience with
social media networking.
