Are you extremely efficient, detail-oriented and organized?
Language International is looking for an intern to assist our full-time admissions manager in managing our enrollment process. Students from all over the world register and book their courses on our website. Your main responsibility is to manage the school enrollment process, which includes processing more than 700 booking confirmations, invoices, welcome letters, and visa supporting documents in a timely fashion every month.
We do (humbly) think that Language International is a cool place to work. Our team is a diverse mixture in everything from cultural backgrounds and languages spoken to taste in music and clothes. But, there is one thing that binds us all: a drive to excel at what we do. We'll do whatever it takes to deliver the best language course search experience, even if it means staying up to call a customer or responding to customers' emails on weekends. We work in an intense, fast-paced environment, relying on every member of the team to carry their share.
Don't worry, we don't take ourselves too seriously. Whether it's showing off our culinary skills during team cooking events, showcasing our hidden genius in impromptu talent shows over catered lunch, or rehearsing the train dance during our summer party cruise or weekend party in Vermont, we love to have a good time together!
We have developed a passion for our team, product, and customers that is paralleled by none. If you're excited about helping people learn new languages, want your coworkers to feel like family, and love to be challenged by working alongside the very best, then Language International is the place for you.

Resolving issues with language schools and students
Extremely meticulous. This requires a detailed eye, a great deal of proofing, and some price calculations and comparisons.
Good at using judgment and logic to solve difficult problems. You will encounter various types of issues every single day, and you have to use your best judgment to resolve these problems.
Clear and concise when communicating internally and externally. Significant interaction with our sales and finance departments and with the schools is required.
Tenacious and hard-working. You are committed to resolving every issue on the same day, even if it means staying longer during the high season. Those who are looking for a relaxing 9 to 5 internship need not apply.
This is a very intense unpaid full-time internship for a period of at least 12 weeks, or a part-time internship for at least 24 weeks (no exceptions). You'll definitely be working hard, but you'll also learn a tremendous amount in a short period of time and get to experience the joys and challenges of working in an incredibly fast-paced and highly entrepreneurial Internet company.
