Overview
This role calls for a motivated, self-starter who thrives in a results-driven, customer-focused environment. The Advertising Operations Coordinator support the sales team in ensuring ads are posted, customer service calls are answered and client emails and questions are responded to.
Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service to Rent Marketer’s clients
Respond to customer service inquiries by phone and email
Troubleshoot existing advertising campaigns and technical problems
Post, edit, and renew clients’ ads across our network of sites
Consistently monitor emails, customer feedback, and satisfaction
Experience
Detail oriented, ability to complete a large volume of high quality work quickly
At least 2 years customer service/client service experience preferred
Related experience at an Internet company
Advertising operations experience preferred
Skills
Strong computer applications skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Education
BA/BS or equivalent experience
