An ITSM Orchestration Solution Architect within the IaaS COE leverages deep, heterogeneous ITIL and services domain expertise to develop new, recommendable solutions to help customers integrate IT virtualization into their corporate operations. He/she also provides technical and/or business consultative leadership for Acadia product groups and business objectives in order to successfully engage our customers and establish Acadia’s thought leadership.
Responsibilities
Designs Acadia ITSM integration solutions and supports the installation, customization, and integration of each. Prepares technical, architectural and, implementation design documents and works with cross-functional resources to develop support materials and implementation plans.
Analyzes and proposes customer process and workflow improvements associated with virtualization and cloud technologies.
Helps to identify and leverage Acadia and partner resources in order to satisfy the technical needs and objectives of a solution implementation. Supports the design and development of any technical content defined in a statement of work aligning to agreed service models.
Leads and supports customer facing demonstrations and presentations convincingly describing new operational paradigms while providing proof points for efficiency, highlighting tools and interactions
Drives thought leadership by developing white papers & contributing to blogs across the technical community.
Supports business development with partners by leading and executing proof of concept engagements
Leads and/or participates in custom design and implementation sessions involving complex application environments along with customer.
Stays current on technical specifications for hardware/software requirements of EMC, Cisco, VMware and other industry products and solutions through professional associations, trade journals, networking, and associated training and seminars.
Participates, as needed, as a technical expert in the pre-sales qualification and pursuit of Acadia business and will sometimes be responsible for the delivery of the technical architectural design, strategies and plans that will be a delivered in an engagement. May be responsible for the creation of proposals that address current and evolving client requirements.

Experience
Requires 5 to 9 years experience in ITIL process implementation and service delivery implementation
Requires 7+ years experience developing and / or integrating multi-vendor technologies within large-scale, global data center operations
ITIL certification (V2 or greater)
Recent past experience in Virtualization, Storage, Networking and large-scale enterprise applications
Direct experience implementing software and/or scripting integration solutions among multi-vendor products is a plus.
Proficiency in hardware, software and/or operating systems environments; UNIX
Ability to articulate technical solutions to engineers, sales and customer IT decision makers
IaaS, PaaS, SaaS and SAP experience a plus
