Overview
Inflection is looking for a self-directed, ambitious affiliate manager to help us manage and grow our industry-leading affiliate program. The right person is familiar with affiliate marketing and would get excited about coming into work to: recruit, develop relationships with, and increase earnings for our affiliates. We're looking for someone who is high-bandwidth, organized, and is an excellent communicator.

Responsibilities
As an affiliate manager, you will have ownership for:
Creating affiliate tutorials & guides
Serving as the key point of communication for our affiliates (answering questions, communicating improvements to product & traffic teams)
Managing relationships with affiliate networks
Monitoring competitive affiliate programs
Ensuring affiliate compliance to our terms
Coordinating contests, bonuses, etc.
Reporting & tracking of affiliate success
Reaching out to recruit new affiliates
Experience
To be successful in this role, you should be:
An excellent communicator
Proactive & self-directed
Aggressive & ambitious (entrepreneurial goals are a plus)
Knowledgeable of affiliate marketing
Familiar with HTML (at least the basics)
