Under the direction of the Director of Performance Marketing, the Recruitment Manager (RM) will develop and manage all publisher relations aspects of clients affiliate programs to drive traffic, revenue and leads through the affiliate marketing channel. The RM will be responsible for all recruitment and optimization initiatives to achieve program growth for Clients. The RM will work closely with the Account Management team to maximize Client revenue by developing recruitment strategies to optimize the affiliate marketing channel. This individual will grow the affiliate marketing program through regular affiliate recruitment, communications, promotions, and ongoing affiliate performance analysis. This individual will also be responsible for identifying additional opportunities for Clients and presenting to the Account Management team, when applicable.

Identify and develop new direct partnerships in the online industry for promotion of clients products and/or services
Manage and participate in the development of recruitment strategies in accordance with client objectives and budget limitations
Manage existing partners and affiliates in order to increase current revenue numbers for client
Develop strategies for retaining online partners and affiliates
Develop strategies to improve success of Clients’ affiliate programs
Develop regular affiliate communications for recruitment, retention, and promotional opportunities
Grow and expand relationships with network publishers at a strategic and tactical level
Work hand in hand with Account Management team to ensure needs of clients are being met
Ensure publisher issues are resolved in a timely manner with Client
Representation at industry events for The JAR Group and Clients
1-2 years experience in publisher relations, having own database of publisher contacts a plus
Previous experience managing and growing affiliate program sales a plus
Ability to manage appropriate steps to get projects and processes completed
Knowledge of and ability to manage affiliate network interfaces such as LinkShare, Commission Junction, Google Ad Network, and Share a Sale
Technical background, with experience in HTML and online systems
Highly organized and efficient with time management skills; detail oriented with strong attention to follow-through
Willing to learn and contribute to a strong team environment
Exceptional work ethic, ability to perform under pressure, meet deadlines, and prioritize and deliver multiple tasks on time
Excellent teamwork abilities
