Affiliate Sales Manager

Reporting to the Product Director, the Affiliate Sales Manager is the main contact for affiliates and business partners of our products. The Sales coordinator’s role is to develop and maintain close relationships, understand their account needs and provides them with the right solution based on strategic thinking. The Sales Coordinator identifies goals and procures solutions within the organization to ensure continuous improvement in promotional tools, resources and other programs to support affiliate growth and partner-based traffic and sales.
Develop and maintain relationship with affiliates and partners;
Actively identifies traffic and revenue growth opportunities for each account and works with the account to implement and manage solutions;
Works closely with Marketing department in order to provide continuous feedback on affiliate account needs and identify potential issues or opportunities;
Participate to develop new promotional programs and key messages;
Participate to annual and monthly strategic plans for all key affiliate, partner accounts and sales opportunities;
Pursues opportunities for account growth and new business, involving Product Specialists and other departments as required;
Understanding of company capabilities and service, and effectively communicates all offerings to affiliate accounts;
Develops ongoing communication programs including posting to industry boards, weekly newsletters, participating in trade events and account meetings;
As needed, assist the Media Buying department with relevant information about the product.
Minimum 2 years of Account/project management experience; knowledge of affiliate programs and relationships;
Hands-on online savvy and demonstrated success with online marketing, social media sites, communicating in Web environment;
Excellent analytical, organizational, project management and time management skills;
Very autonomous and can take initiatives;
Customer oriented with a good sense of diplomacy;
Motivated, goal oriented, persistent and a skilled negotiator;
Stimulated by new projects and challenges;
Handles stressful situations and deadline pressures well;
HTML experience. (asset);
Available to travel for tradeshows internationally;
Bilingual French / English for both spoken and written is mandatory.
