Compensation
All paid positions are based on initially a 30-hour a month salary of $15.00 per hour. Hours will increase as profits increase. Monthly stock certificate awards of 100 shares will be issued after four months of consecutive employment, with the fifth month earning 500 shares and 100 shares earned each subsequent month. Using this formula means that each year of employment earns 1200 shares and a 10, 000 share bonus.
Candidates can apply who want to be on the ground floor from day 1, replacing paid hours with sweat equity in order to become a partner in the company. These unpaid internships will earn stock ownership if they do not violate school policy. Non-academic internships also earn stocks. Each month of 20 hours employment earns 1000 shares with a year of 12,000 shares supplemented by an additional 5,000 shares.
