Seeking the Entrepreneurial Minded!

LocalArq, a mobile app that is poised to positively and radically change the way communications among parents happen in schools, is looking for sales ambassadors who want to get in on the ground floor and grow with a tech startup. LocalArq is growing fast, we already have a number of schools in NY and NJ that are using our product successfully, and we need you to help us take over the industry!

We are seeking energetic, highly motivated women and men who are actively connected to other parents and active in the local schools in their community, to join our sales team as part time commissioned based sales ambassadors. You are someone who is committed, charismatic, networked and wants to work their own set of flexible hours from home to earn extra money.

This is a fantastic growth opportunity for a high-energy person who is ready to invest a little bit of his or her time during school hours connecting with your local schools. A background in, or knowledge of sales, is a big plus but not a prerequisite.

The Opportunity and Incentives

• Income potential in the range of tens of thousands based on number of hours of work and commissions earned!
* Get paid a very generous commission for the length of each contract signed; typical contract length is 3 years.
Responsibilities
Initiating sales process by scheduling appointments
Conduct in person and/or virtual sales presentations
Customer follow up
Maintaining relationships with local PTAs/PTOs/HSAs by providing support, information, and guidance
Maintaining a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
Meet and exceed set sales goals through new product sales and retention of current customers.
Experience
Experience with selling revolutionary products a big plus. Experience working with startups and new product sales.
Skills
Ability to build mutually beneficial relationships that lead to top line growth;
Ability to influence others and negotiate effectively
High energy level, confident and optimistic demeanor
Driven by family and an entrepreneurial spirit
Highly effective communication skills - oral, written and group
Passion for making a difference in the community
Looking to set your own hours and make money on the side
Education
BA or BS (Communications/English) preferred
Compensation
High Commissions for the right candidate. Salary can be negotiated based on performance.
