Experience
Have at least a couple of years experience working with large-scale data and technology
Are comfortable in a range of software languages and methodologies, e.g. ruby, agile development, relational & “nosql” database
Willing to work hard on a wide variety of customer, product, and business problems on a day-to-day basis
Education
Degree in computer science, software engineering, statistics, or similar from a great school
