Overview
Weebly is hiring an analytics guru to further build out our core tracking systems, suggest/plan/test improvements to the Weebly.com critical path, and own the understanding of all core user metrics.
We take analytics very seriously, and have spent a considerable amount of time building a flexible system that lets us keep an eye on all of our critical metrics. As the job has grown, we're now looking for someone to own the position and work on it full-time.

Responsibilities
Create and execute tests quickly and without any red tape
Work on a product that impacts millions of people
Work in a fun, fast paced start-up environment
Be on a smart team that gets a lot done
Have a meaningful impact on the company's future, and share in the rewards accordingly
Experience
PHP (or another scripting language, like perl or ruby)
Building analytics tools in the language of your choice
Relational databases (such as MySQL, DB2, Oracle)
Creating an infrastructure for flexible analysis of large data sets
Running cohort analysis
Designing and running A/B tests
A deep understanding of statistical analysis
Skills
Be able to solve problems in a creative manner
Be able to get things done
Be willing to work hard for a huge upside

Be willing to learn new skills
