Isis is growing quickly, and we would like to add enterprising individuals to the Business Analytics function. The Business Analysis career family includes roles responsible for understanding and interpreting business needs. The Analytics Leader will ensure effective development, implementation and delivery of analytics including business requirements assessments, system specification development and on-going analytical expertise in the specified department.
Collaborate closely with external and internal stakeholders to maximize commercial benefits from the Isis Technology platform
Maintain close contact with partners, customers and sales channels, understanding their needs in order to define and deliver a strategy for the Isis Technology platform
Assume overall leadership and accountability for the full range of analyst activities
Establish and communicate a strategy for the Isis Technology platform and lead the analysis of a portfolio of projects and a roadmap of capability developments
Engage and influence senior stakeholders to ensure they are informed on risks, issues and key actions that require their engagement
Plan, schedule, monitor and report on metrics associated with the acquisition and provisioning of an Isis Wallet
Plan, direct, and coordinate activities of resources to ensure that goals or objectives of the analytics team are accomplished within prescribed time frame and funding parameters.
Lead in the translation of business requirements to logical architecture and guide implementation of robust solutions
Develop the capability of the Technology team (individual & organisational capability)
Lead and manage Technology teams through development of objectives and targets for performance and career development
Develop staffing and budgeting projections
Coach / mentor team members, inspire others, reward achievements and encourage team members to take responsibility for actions and results
10+ years’ experience as a manager in a technical environment or similar technical support role.
5-10 Years of experience leading teams in payments, credit card, merchant payment processing
Expertise in NFC, Payments, Payment terminals strongly desired
Experience working closely with business development, account management, and product management teams.
Leadership experience with a passion for driving a team to world class results
To be organized, able to act independently, and able to switch rapidly between different projects in a fast-paced environment.
To have a passion for quickly understanding new environments and new technologies.
To have the ability to interact and relate to a variety of Issuers.
To possess excellent facilitation skills and outstanding customer relationship management skills.
To work well under pressure and able to meet aggressive deadlines.
Excellent documentation and communication skills, verbal and written, as well as an ability to work with team members, partners and off-shore vendors.
Strong analytical and software abilities, with knowledge of enterprise development tools and techniques.
The ability to work in a start-up environment and a passion for developing great products is highly valued.
BA/BS in computer science or relevant field
